Rental prices are valid for up to a three-day hire period.
All of our electrical appliances have phase information in the item description. Please note our appliances should always be plugged directly into a main socket not a multi box or extension cords.
We kindly ask that all glassware is emptied and plates are cleared of food before return. While all returned items are professionally cleaned and sanitised through our commercial dishwashers, we do ask that hire items are returned in a reasonably clean condition, including the removal of dirt, mud, or excessive debris from items such as chairs and equipment.
Additional cleaning fees may apply where items are returned excessively dirty or require extra cleaning beyond standard processing.
As much warning as possible is appreciated, however 2-3 days is OK in the quiet season or at least a week in Nov-March.
Depends on what you are serving, how long you are serving for & whether or not you have washing facilities. In general though you should allow 2-3 glasses per guest
